Billing is processed monthly unless you have entered into a service plan that is paid upfront. Bills are processed monthly on the same date as your initial sign up. To alter this, you can contact our billing team at billing@playtank.net
The PlayTank platform, during our pilot program, will be charged at €3.25 per seat (1 seat = 1 single user liscence ) per month exclusive of VAT and related charges.
Our billing team can be reached by mailing a ticket to billing@playtank.net . Urgent queries will be responded to within 24 working hours and all other queries within 2 working days. *subject to service agreement* Please ensure to include your account ID or organisation name on the e-mail in order for us to help you with your query.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice. Any outstand or occurring charges during that 30-day period must be paid prior to the cessation of service. If you have signed up for a pilot or special offer, all outstanding amounts or months remaining must be paid in full prior to the end of the 30-day period.
It is generally a good idea to contact the administrator in your organisation for any queries as an end user, however we can provide some support by e-mailing a ticket to support@playtank.net. Please note that if you are not an administrator we will not be able to access your organisation’s account or provide any billing or technical support.
Your organisation will have its own rules and regulations regarding intellectual property so we advise all end users to contact the administrator in their organisation for any questions regarding intellectual property and the ownership of ideas and content.
You will still be able to login to the PlayTank platform, however you will not be able to access the organisation’s page, information or ideas, assuming the administrator has removed you from their account on your departure.
