If you are having difficulty using any part of the platform or have a general query, you can contact our support team via e-mail (support@playtank.net). Alternatively, you can contact us live via Intercom 9AM until 6PM GMT, Monday – Saturday. If contacting by email, please ensure to include your account ID or organisation name on the e-mail in order for us to help you with your query.

Please note that if you are not an administrator for your organisation we will not be able to access your organisation’s account or provide any billing or technical support.
